costs. In order to understand the savings that this type of water heater
yields, you have to understand how the system works.
Generally, all solar pool heater system works with
a filter, pump, solar collector and flow control valve. First, solar pool
heater system pump the water from the pool to the solar collectors where the
water is warmed by solar energy.
And then the warm water is pumped back into the pool. The pump provides the
force that drives the water from the pool to the collector and then back to the
pool, meanwhile the debris carried by the water through the pumps is trapped by
the filter. The flow control valve is a manual or an automatic device that diverts
and regulates the flow of pool water to the solar collector.
There are two types of solar collectors for solar
pool heater, the glazed and unglazed pool heating collector. The glazed
collectors are more expensive than an unglazed solar pool heating collector
since it uses glass covering. The unglazed collector uses plastic protectors and
heavy-duty rubber that are treated for ultraviolet (UV) protection. Both the glazed
and unglazed collectors are useful during extremely cold since they have freeze
protection.

and energy efficient but it will useless without sufficient exposure to
sunlight. Also, determine the size and working efficiency of the solar pool
heater that you intend to buy, compare the system costs and consult a trained
